Sometimes I see many sellers got the comment:
1. We got the gift kit but it has just few items . Not all items included in the package as describe.
2.We got the gift kit it seems perfect.but when we try to light it it not work. Horrible.
Normally a craft kit include many crafts. However, if it miss one craft or one of craft not work well. The whole kit will be a disaster for customer.
So how to avoid this things happen?
We figure out the solution during the long years working:
3S(1. Raw material Inspection,2 .one process worker inspect another process work.3.Inspector check the finish product again)
1. Test each material(especially the electronic items 100% testment) when material coming to our factory.
2.Each process workers not only focus on their own process also should check the Previous procedure.(one worker put the flower but she will inspect whether her previous worker put the butterfly in box already ect)
3. Inspector will take some kit out and check whether all kit include all items. Whether all items work well.
From different sides to make sure the craft kit are great before deliver it to customer.
